    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OHS Compliance Group website and services. By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    2. Services

    OHS Compliance Group provides occupational health and safety training, including NEBOSH-accredited courses, corporate training programmes, and related consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

    3. Course Enrolment & Payment

    • All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of training, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
    • Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
    • Payment can be made via the methods specified on our website or as communicated during the booking process.
    • A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

    4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee, or free transfer to a future date.
    • 7–14 days before course start: 50% refund or free transfer to a future date.
    • Less than 7 days before course start: No refund. Transfer to a future date may be considered at our discretion.
    • No-show: No refund or transfer will be provided.
    • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@ohscompliance.com.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of OHS Compliance Group or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

    6. User Conduct

    When using our website and services, you agree not to:

    • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
    • Share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without authorisation.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
    • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
    • Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the website's functionality.

    7. Examination & Certification

    • NEBOSH examinations are governed by NEBOSH's own policies and procedures. OHS Compliance Group acts as an accredited course provider and does not control examination outcomes.
    • Certification is issued by NEBOSH upon successful completion of all required assessments.
    • Pass rates referenced on our website are historical and do not guarantee individual results.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

    • OHS Compliance Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
    • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.
